Moroccan Boujaad rug from the Liberty Rugs collection. Moroccan Boujaad berber rug crafted in circa 1940 using flat weaving and hand knotted rug making techniques. In absolutely perfect condition , the rug features traditional bright colors formed by combining the original natural colors of sheep’s wool with natural dyes made from organic ingredients such as saffron, henna, indigo, wild mint and pomegranate, as well as a subtle gilt woven into the pattern.
